Lisa Renee Schwartz is a lifelong local resident. 

     The inspiration to practice in this field grew out of Lisa’s experience with her own grandmother’s passing. “I am drawn to helping people with The issues involved in this practice come up in everyone’s life most likely more than once. Before becoming an Elder Law attorney, she practiced complex civil litigation for 17 years, predominantly in the fields of medical malpractice, prescription drug litigation, and medical devices. She has served on state wide committees and a presenter at the National Judicial College in Reno, Nevada. Ms. Schwartz holds a Master of Laws in the area of Trial Advocacy,  from Temple University’s, Beasley School of Law and a law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communication.

     She grew up in Jenkintown, PA, and now focuses some of her “off” time in advocacy for dignity in dying laws and common sense gun legislation, always staying abreast of estate planning law developments and caring for her daughter.
